During Holy Week, the Gospel readings come to life in a special way as we gather to celebrate the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus. The readings remind us of our special connection to the land where this great story unfolded. Through the Pontifical Good Friday Collection, you join with Catholics around the world to stand in solidarity with the Church in the Holy Land, directly making a difference in the lives of those caught up in war, violence, and instability in this region. Thank you for your generosity.
As we enter this holy season of Lent—a time of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving—we invite you to take part in a simple but meaningful act of love for mothers, babies, and families in our community through our Baby Bottle Campaign for the Women’s Care Center of York. If you haven’t already done so, please pick up a baby bottle, available at the church entrances.
