MAINTENANCE & CUSTODIAL POSITION NOW AVAILABLE!

St. Joseph Church & School is seeking a maintenance/custodian to work Monday through Friday 9 AM-3 PM. This position is responsible for all aspects of cleanliness, refuse/recycling removal, and sanitation of the bathrooms, offices, common spaces, and conferences rooms around the parish buildings. Also responsible for minor maintenance, painting, and repairs. Applicant must have the ability to perform manual labor involving lifting, moving furniture, mopping, scrubbing and routine cleaning duties. Must be able to lift cleaning equipment, furniture and load/unload supplies in excess of 30 pounds.

Dependability, ability to take instructions, adaptability, and ability to work without supervision are required. Must be reliable, maintain confidentiality, and be trustworthy. Applicant must pass all state and federal background checks and clearances to work around children. Prior experience with painting helpful.
